Filing Fee
The state filing fee for an LLC annual report is $138.75. Our service fee is $99 plus state filing fee and 4% processing fee, for a total of $247. After May 1, an additional $400 state late penalty applies.
What Happens If You Don't File?
If you fail to file your LLC annual report by the third Friday of September, your LLC will be administratively dissolved. This means you lose your liability protection and your business name.
